It was way too strong for me and I even took a half of a lid and it had me going all day and night now on the other hand the chill is really good but again it doesn't take much if you have anxiety it's good for it or just real nervous about something but when it says to take a cap to the green before you try the whole cap just try half but the product is excellent and I would recommend it to anybody else
